Spacious trullo with typical and suggestive architecture, equipped with every comfort to accommodate in 135 mq up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is located in the countryside of the Valle d'Itria, in the immediate suburbs of Locorotondo, where it is possible to enjoy holidays in total relaxation and explore the surroundings comfortably by car.
Available covered veranda equipped with table and wood-burning oven, to eat and relax in complete tranquillity.
Parking included! The 135 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a complex of trulli (there are two steps at the entrance) and is made up as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, TV and KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, traditional oven and microwave - BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower - BEDROOM II with double bed in alcove - BEDROOM III with double sofa bed and chest of drawers - BEDROOM IV with two single bunk beds and clothes rack (ATTENTION: this room does not have a door) - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and shower - Covered VERANDA with wood stove, dining table and chairs. N.B.: the presence of three internal steps between the living area and the sleeping area should be noted. Additional facilities available for the guests: three uncovered parking spaces in the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, 4 fans, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The internal fireplaces are NOT working. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Martina Franca Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox.

The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley.
Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains.
Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo. The accommodation is located in a quiet hamlet 15 minutes by car from the center and on the outskirts of Locorotondo, where you can find essential services such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket (5 minutes by car). Main distances: - Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport: 85 km - Brindisi Airport (Salento Airport): 70 km - Martina Franca station: 9 km. The accommodation can be reached by car and has 3 parking spaces inside the garden.
