Dimora Montaltino is an independent villa with private swimming pool, located in the countryside between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare.
The accommodation has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi and inside the villa it is possible to park the car under an external pergola.
Dimora Montaltino can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for reaching the main tourist locations of the Itria Valley and the sea of Polignano and Monopoli in few minutes by car but also for enjoying moments of total relaxation without leaving the villa.
A gravel driveway leads to the entrance of the villa.
The entrance door opens onto the main corridor which divides the living area from the sleeping area.
On the right there are the kitchen and living room.
The equipped kitchen has an induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and table with chairs.
In the large living room we find a table with chairs, sofa and armchairs to relax inside.
The living room has direct access to the veranda overlooking the pool. The sleeping area is on the left of the entrance corridor, where we find the three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms with shower.
Also from the corridor you enter the third bathroom with shower. In the lower part of the villa there is a storage room with washing machine. The external area opens onto the large garden where the private swimming pool is located (10m x 5m , hmax 1.60m), equipped with an external gazebo, solarium and sun loungers.
There is also an outdoor car park covered by a pergola. Dimora Montaltino is far 61 Km from the Bari Airport, 82 Km from the Brindisi Airport.
The nearest sea is that of Polignano a Mare about 15 km far, where there are sandy free beaches and equipped lidos in Capitolo (sea hamlet of Monopoli) at about 22 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, it is possible to reach the caves of Castellana Grotte at 5 Km, Polignano a Mare at 12 Km, Monopoli at 15 Km, Alberobello at 17 Km, Locorotondo at 26 Km, Martina Franca at 31 Km, Cisternino at 32 Km, Ostuni at 50 Km, Matera at 68 Km and Lecce at 121 Km. While for nature lovers we strongly recommend the Natural Park and the gorgeous white beach of Torre Guaceto at 67 Km. Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house, facilities and pool were idyllic as was the location. While a car is essential, all the major towns and restaurants are within 20-30 minutes driving distance. Finally, our host Guissepe from WePuglia was so helpful with every request. We will be back!
