The accommodation is located in the Borgo Panigale district, a very quiet residential area, a few steps from the train station of the same name which allows for an easy connection with the Central Station. Also very close is the Parco dei Noci, one of the city's green spaces with cycle paths that allow you to reach various areas of Bologna.


The 40m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building (there are 2 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows

- LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa bed (NO mattress), split A/C and TV

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the Borgo Panigale district, in a very quiet residential area, 6 km from the center of Bologna, served by several bus lines (n. 13-81-91) that allow you to easily reach the center. A 5-minute walk away is also the Borgo Panigale train station, with direct trains to the Central Station where the high-speed train leaves. For lovers of nature and outdoor activities, the Parco dei Noci is also very close, one of the largest green spaces in the city, from which two cycle paths start which allow you to reach various areas of Bologna. In the area there are also numerous historical restaurants (Chiosco ai Pini and la Conca d'oro, among many), the Teatro di Vita and the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, dedicated to the development of contemporary forms of entertainment, with a calendar of very full of music, dance and theatre. All the essential services are within reach: bars, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within a 5 minute walk.


- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to the Borgo Panigale station, 500 meters from the accommodation.


- FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: Bus 944 or 54 - stop: Cinta Daziaria Teatri Di Vita, 5 minutes from the apartment.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking in front of the house is prohibited. Parking on the street on blue lines is paid, for free parking you can try in the car park of the Chiosco ai Pini restaurant open every day.
