Our villa is in the exclusive and renowned Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. While Santa Maria Estate itself is residential, it's just a short drive from Mellieħa town center, where residents can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and other essential services. The estate is well-connected by road, making it easy to access other parts of Malta. Public transportation, including buses, serves the area, providing connectivity to nearby towns and Valletta, the capital city.

Really nice property in a nice area. Great outdoor spaces but the kitchen and amenities are limited. Also the beds and pillows could do with improving.
Very friendly and amenable hosts.
You need a car to get about but the location is lovely.
We really enjoyed our stay
