Experience Bucharest from the heart of it! Located at km 0, our home is minutes away walking distance to the Old Town and right in the center of all main activities, restaurants and all other attractions that Bucharest has to offer.
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked âStaff Onlyâ, used by our team.
Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable.
Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. ⢠Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment. ⢠Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.
Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. ⢠Please be aware that the entrance to our brand new apartment is made via a small back street, which may not be as pleasant due to circumstances beyond our control.
We apologise for any discomfort this may cause and appreciate your understanding. ⢠We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. ⢠If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. ⢠Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures. ⢠Please note that invoicing is not possible for this home. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

That being said, we are reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions or issues you might have. Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the main boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru and close to the Old Town.
Within a 7-minute radius there are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops.
Walk in the nearby Icoanei Park, a small yet wonderful park to grab some fresh air. ⢠Bedroom 1 - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton. - 43 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from bed. - Storage dressing & private AC unit in room. - Private desk to get work done. ⢠Bedroom 2 - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton. - 43 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from bed. - Storage dressing & private AC unit in room. - Private balcony & full bathroom with toiletries included. ⢠Living Room & Open kitchen area - Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensil, large fridge, oven, microwave, electric hot stove, dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. ⢠Bathroom - 1 full shower for a comfortable experience. - Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
