The internal space

The 70 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).


The space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;

- BALCONY (accessible from the living room) with table and chairs;

- PRIVATE GARDEN with barbecue;

- SHARED SWIMMING POOL.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, portable fans, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.


ATTENTION. The pool does not have a lifeguard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

The apartment is located in Brenzone sul Garda, a beautiful village located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The historic center of Brenzone is full of charm, with narrow streets and traditional houses overlooking the lake. In addition, the hamlets of Brenzone, such as Magugnano, Castelletto and Assenza, offer spectacular views and a relaxed atmosphere. Nature is one of the main aspects of Brenzone. The surrounding hills are perfect for hiking and walking, offering panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The lake itself is ideal for outdoor activities such as swimming, windsurfing and sailing.

- From Verona Airport, you can reach the apartment by car or taxi in 1 hour and 13 minutes (58.4 km). Alternatively, you can take bus no. 199 to the "erona Stazione Fs - E1" stop and walk to Verona Porta Nuova station. Here, you need to take the Frecciarossa train to Peschiera del Garda station, where you reach the "Peschiera Stazione Ferroviaria" stop and take bus no. 483 and get off at the "Assenza B" stop, just an 11-minute walk from the property.


- From Peschiera del Garda station, you can reach the apartment by taxi or car in 1 hour and 15 minutes (46.2 km). Alternatively, you can take bus no. 483 and get off at the "Assenza B" stop, just an 11-minute walk from the property.
