In the morning, go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the ocean.

The apartment is located in Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for the oceanfront living, as well as ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.
I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day.
However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay.
The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels.
If you need anything please let us know.
No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for.

Just take the elevator to Ll (Lower Level) and walk past the pool under renovation and you are on the beach.
There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.

From here you are 10 minutes by car, away from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, Wynwood, facing South If you prefer to go North to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, Gulfstream Park will take between 20 and 30 minutes to get there, always with the ocean on your side.
