Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas.
Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

I have mobility issues that weren’t taken into account. My room was very far from elevator. Didn’t realize this was in a casino. The beach was difficult for me to walk to. From room to beach was nearly a 1/2 mile.

Location was convenient to 2 large casinos, Hard Rock and Oceans Resort. Great place to stay for families with kids or adults not into the 24/7 casino environment. Waterpark was massive.

My room needed to be changed due to the smell of smoke. After room change my room was fine. Beds are extremely comfortable. The Showboat, that CozySuites shares the facility with, is a dive.
