This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.All amenities are temporary closed due to COVID. According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you have to be 18 or over in order to check-in.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building.

- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $15 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
