Other things to note

According to the rules we must provide information about our guests to the management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.

- Pets are allowed in the House. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.
- We have Travel Crib (0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
