This resort has two incredible clubhouses: - The Hideaway Club: 4715 Kings Castle Cir, Kissimmee, FL 34746 - The Bronson Club: 4714 Storytime Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746 • Minutes from Orlando's top theme parks: Walt Disney Resort (13 min), Animal Kingdom (15 min), Epcot (18 min), Magic Kingdom (20 min) and Sea World (20 min).
Travel times may vary due to traffic. • Location: Clock Tower Dr, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US • Parking: Available in designated parking areas only.

Rules and guidelines: POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests.
If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience.
Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send an specialist.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed.
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACCATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made.
Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance.
Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that disturbs you and that violates local laws.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. There were a few minor upkeep issues that should be addressed, like light bulbs that need to be replaced, and but overall the property is in great condition and just a quick ten minute drive to most of the parks.
