Newly renovated loft in downtown San Diego located a few blocks away from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa park! This is a beautiful 2 level loft with a private rooftop patio.
The upstairs loft contains a spacious queen bed with direct access to the patio.
Please keep in mind that this is a loft style space and does not contain a door for complete privacy. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a dining room table.
As you continue through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen which leads you to the second bedroom area.
This space contains a queen bed with bright windows for extra light! Keep in mind that there is no door for this bedroom; it’s an open concept loft. This space does come with a parking spot! NOTE: This garage is NOT suitable for large vehicles over 16ft such as full size pick ups, motorhomes, Large SUVs, ... We`re always available via text, phone call, or email! Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. This unit has a small service balcony, shared with the apartment next door.
