Welcome to your trendy Downtown San Diego loft, blocks from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa Park! This stylish two-level loft features a private rooftop patio and an open upstairs bedroom with a comfy queen bed and direct patio access.
Please note: the loft-style design means the upstairs sleeping area does not have a door for complete privacy. Downstairs, you'll find a bright living room with a cozy sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a second private bedroom, also with a queen bed and sun-filled windows for natural light. A dedicated parking spot is included for your convenience! Please note: The garage cannot accommodate oversized vehicles over 16ft (e.g., full-size trucks, RVs, or large SUVs). Local tip: Being close to the heart of Downtown and coming out of summer, it’s common in San Diego to occasionally see bugs.
Our unit is professionally cleaned after each stay, and we take every measure to keep it pest-free, though you may encounter the occasional visitor. Always available to respond to any questions, we respect privacy and make you feel like you are in your own apartment Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) Complementary parking spot for small vehicles NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. This unit has a small service balcony, shared with the apartment next door.
Please note your unit is fully lockable, and you still have the private rooftop access shown in the photos. As part of Airbnb’s policy, we want to kindly share that this home is located in the heart of San Diego.
Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area.
These are all part of a normal city atmosphere, most noticeable when windows are open, and they add to the authentic San Diego experience. Pet Penalty $100 Guests can get around, walking, or Uber rides.
There are also a few bus stops and trollies nearby due to the closeness to Downtown and Little Italy area
