Plush newly refreshed loft in downtown San Diego located a few blocks away from Little Italy and a short walk to the Gaslamp District and Balboa park! This is a beautiful 2 level loft with a private rooftop patio.
The upstairs loft contains a spacious queen bed with direct access to the patio.
Please keep in mind that this is a loft style space and does not contain a door for complete privacy. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a comfy couch and a TV to accommodate your entire party.
As you continue through the apartment, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen which leads you to the second bedroom.
This space contains a queen bed with bright windows for extra light! This space does come with a parking spot! NOTE: This garage is NOT suitable for large vehicles, such as large pickup trucks or extra-large minivans. Note: Being close to the DT area and coming out of Summer season, San Diego is the type of city we can expect bugs roaming around, we professionally clean our units after each reservation and do our best to keep bugs under control, some might still be encounter Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) Complementary parking spot for small vehicles NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. This unit has a small service balcony, shared with the apartment next door.

Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area.

There are also a few bus stops and trollies nearby due to the closeness to Downtown and Little Italy area
