The holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and stands out with its successful alpine style featuring lots of wood and modern materials.
The cozy living room has a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV (Swisscom TV). There is also an open kitchen with a large dining table.
From the living room, you can access the balcony with fantastic views of Piz Corvatsch and Piz Margna.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is also a children's room with two bunk beds.
Additionally, there is a ski room, a bike storage area, and a communal laundry room.
A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee. There are no guest parking spaces. The apartment has been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished.
The building also has a swimming pool and a sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet area in Champfèr. Hiking trails, winter walking paths, mountain bike trails, and the cross-country ski track are practically right outside the door.
The bus stop is also next to the building. This property features curated artworks from the PickArt program.

Ausstattung der Küche mit (Geschirr, etc.) durchschnittlich - Gängiges Inventar vorhanden. Sehr klein geratene Kopfkissen in den Betten. Ansonsten komfortable und gepflegte Einrichtung. Sehr gute Lage direkt an Bushaltestelle mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit für das Nötigste.
