In one of the most beautiful areas of the whole island is located this flat with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms from where you will enjoy the best views of the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

There is air conditioning in the rooms only.The house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is distributed as follows: on the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with integrated kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware and utensils you will need to enjoy your holidays, as well as a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
From the living room you will go out onto a large terrace with an outdoor table where you can enjoy your meals with the beach of Es Trenc at your feet, a real delight.On this same floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each.
In addition, you will also have 2 of the bathrooms fully equipped.
On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small terrace with sea views.The parking space is completely free of charge and is located in the same building.
To access the flat you have to climb stairs, as there is no lift.
