The villa for rent consists of: Living room with kitchenette Double sofa bed Double bedroom Bedroom with two single beds Fully equipped bathroom with shower box Front entrance porch Rear covered and enclosed porch with direct access from the bedrooms Private garden, ideal for relaxing and outdoor meals This rental villa in Lido di Pomposa is equipped with dual-split air conditioning (living area and sleeping area), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and a fireplace for barbecues. Sleeping Arrangements The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people: 4 double beds for adults 2 beds for children on the sofa bed Tourist Tax The tourist tax is €0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt. Optional Services (to be booked in advance) Linen rental Bed linen: €10.00 per person per set Bathroom linen: €10.00 per person per set Pets One pet per accommodation allowed, upon request Cost: €5.00 per night In case of failure to declare or if more than one pet is brought, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the stay without refund. Final Cleaning Final cleaning is mandatory and is the responsibility of the guest upon check-out. The apartment must be returned tidy and clean, including: Removal of food leftovers Cleaning of dishes and utensils Disposal of rubbish If cleaning is not compliant, a fee of €90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of €90.00. Insure Your Holiday For greater peace of mind, it is possible to insure your stay at the time of booking.
