Brittas Bay Park Holiday Home No. 18 is a charming beachside retreat near the sandy shores of Brittas Bay in County Wicklow.
This spacious holiday home is an ideal base for a coastal getaway on Ireland's east coast. Featuring a beautiful wraparound deck, this seaside property is only 500 meters from the Blue Flag Brittas Bay sandy beach.
During your stay at our self-catering accommodation in Brittas, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the scenic county of Wicklow and the neighbouring counties of Wexford, Carlow, and Dublin. Brittas Bay Park Holiday Home No. 18 Description – Sleeps 8This beautiful detached holiday cottage is bright and spacious.
It offers a wonderful beach house décor reflecting its proximity to the sea. This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open living kitchen with all mod con, dining and living area with wood burning stove and TV - Bedroom 1: king-size ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: king-size sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, WC and hand basin Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: king-size sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: king-size sleeping 2 - WC Parking available. The desk space and the WIFI are provided at the property. Enclosed garden with garden furniture available. The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests. Local Area & Tourist AttractionsBrittas Bay has been awarded the ‘European Union Blue Flag several times.
This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and sand dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation. Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months.
Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily. Things to do in the local area: - Golfing in The European Club (World class links course designed by Pat Ruddy), the Wicklow Golf Club, Druids Glen, Powerscourt Golf Club or Woodenbridge Golf Club. - Walking the Wicklow Way - Wicklow Bowl & Kidzone: a great way of spending a rainy day with family & friends. - Beyond the trees Avondale - Monastic site of Glendalough - Greenan Farm Museum & Maze - Powerscourt House & Gardens - Mount Usher Gardens - Splash Valley in Hidden Valley Holiday Park - Clara Lara Fun Park IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply.
If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location. If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay. Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.

Very spacious house, plenty of facilities and very comfortable.
Parking is right beside the house.
WiFi and smart TV work well.
