The villa's expansive outdoor spaces feature shaded lounge areas, daybeds, a pool bar, and a BBQ area with a wood-burning oven, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals prepared with produce from the organic garden. For those looking for a bit of fun, a basketball court and tennis court are also available.
Inside, the 500 sqm villa is thoughtfully designed to offer the utmost comfort and privacy. The main villa and independent guest house accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children across 4 bedrooms, each featuring modern amenities like Smart TVs, safe boxes, and sea views. The villa's interiors are both elegant and practical, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a playroom complete with home cinema and PlayStation for entertainment.
Villa Angelina is conveniently located to explore the island, with the closest beach being Sikamia, and the picturesque town of Ioulis just a short drive away. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this villa’s central location makes it easy to experience the best of Kea.
Included in your stay are a range of in-villa services to enhance your experience. Enjoy a welcome champagne and charcuterie board upon arrival, daily housekeeping, fresh linens, towels, and pool towels, as well as laundry service. A private chef will prepare breakfast and one meal per day (groceries not included), and coffee capsules are replenished daily. Live-in staff are also available to ensure that all your needs are met.
Please note that additional costs may apply for certain services. A security deposit of EUR 2,000 is required upon booking, and any damages or extra cleaning services will be deducted from this deposit.
