Villa Alia is a beachfront luxurious villa (115 m2) in Kiotari Rhodes, part of an exclusive villa complex only 40 metres from a beach of exquisite beauty. The maximum accommodation of the three floor villa is 4 people and has been specially designed for families and couples providing a space of privacy and calmness with a variety of accommodation facilities so as to become your home away from home. There is a wonderful private pool overlooking the beach aswell as a playground and BBQ area.
Each 3-level villa is surrounded by a garden with a furnished wooden deck and a breath-taking sea views. They are decorated in soft tones and feature large windows and balconies. Each unit features an open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room, and 2 bathrooms. Each villa opens out to a furnished stone-paved patio shaded by a wooden pergola.
The master Bedroom A, which is located on top level, includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), high quality mattress, closets with a full-length mirror, flat screen TV, low noise A/C, mini safe in closet, balcony and interconnecting with Bathroom A and provides a bath, toilet, hand basin, bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel.
Bedroom B (lower ground floor) includes single bed, high quality mattress, wardrobe and mirror, desk, sliding door to garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV.
Bedroom C (lower ground floor )includes single bed, high quality mattress, wardrobe, low noise A/C and flat screen TV
Bathroom B (lower ground floor)provides bathtub with shower, toilet and basin, hand soap and shower gel.
There is also a Laundry Room on the lower ground floor which provides a washing machine, an Ironing board, cleaning items and a laundry rack.
Kitchen / Lounge Facilities
On ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan Kitchen with everything you may need for cooking during your holidays in Rhodes: Fully equipped kitchen, A/C, table for 6 persons, fitted dish washer and other small electric appliances.
The lounge is also located on ground floor with the open plan kitchen and is well-equipped with modern style and contemporary furniture including a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV with about 300 international channels, outlet for USB stick/ HDMI plug, a DVD and a sliding door to terrace and pool.
Wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the property.

Cleaning Service is done every 3rd or 4th day depending on your stay which includes Linen & Towel changes
On request linen change & cleaning is possible at extra cost

The location was perfect for a retreat away from hustle and bustle. So quiet and peaceful overlooking the quietest beach ever! 5minute walk to tavernas serving lovely food. Owner of the property was very kind and hospitable, very generous with his time and attention.

Insgesamt eine ordentliche Unterkunft. Der Poolbereich war schön, aber ich hätte mir mehr Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung gewünscht. Trotzdem war der Strand wunderschön und wir haben unsere Zeit in Kiotari genossen.

Overordnet set et anstændigt sted at bo, Område med pool var dejligt, men jeg ville ønske, at der var flere spisemuligheder inden for gåafstand, Alligevel var stranden smuk, og vi nød vores tid med at udforske Kiotari
