Nestled in greenery with an open view of the gulf, it offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle yet just minutes from the towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.
One-bedroom apartment for 2 to 4 guests
The apartment is all on one level (ground floor), with access to a partially sheltered garden equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The living area features a double sofa bed and a built-in kitchenette with gas burners.
The bedroom has a French bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and bidet. Indoor amenities: refrigerator, gas burners, hairdryer, toaster, fan, air conditioning Outdoor amenities: private parking space, furnished garden Important Notes: No parties for guests under 21! Time to grow up a little! Pets are not allowed. Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Check-out: by 9:00 AM Arrivals after 8:00 PM will incur a €50 extra charge. Mandatory security deposit: €150. It will be refunded a few days after the end of your stay.
Payment can be made in cash (if leaving after 3:00 PM) or by bank transfer. Bed and bath linen: Double set: €40 (also for single use) Single set: €20 Linen must be requested within 7 days of arrival – it cannot be booked on-site. Information regarding check-in is sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival.
