Situated in the beautiful setting of San Teodoro, Villetta Meraviglia is just 2 km from La Cinta beach and a few minutes from the town centre.
Located in a quiet area on the edge of the village, it offers comfort and relaxation in one of the liveliest and most charming locations on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, surrounded by a crystal-clear sea, unspoilt nature, and breathtaking views.
Villetta Meraviglia is a well-kept house of about 65 square metres, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people in an elegant and welcoming environment.
The villa is on one level and offers a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed. It has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and an elegant bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor areas include a covered veranda with an outdoor table and chairs - perfect for relaxing in the open air - as well as a small fenced garden with a private swimming pool (5x3 m). The house has: - free Wi-Fi - fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine) - dishwasher - washing machine - smart TV in every room - bathroom with shower and hairdryer - air conditioning in every room - barbecue - outdoor shower - free private parking Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra charge of € 50 per stay is required.
Villetta Meraviglia is the ideal choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay, located 1 km from the lively centre of San Teodoro, which offers a wealth of traditional restaurants and nightclubs, as well as essential amenities such as supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
A few kilometres away are the enchanting beaches of La Cinta and Cala d'Ambra (about 2 km away) or Isuledda beach (4 km away). As well as its beaches, San Teodoro offers a variety of activities in unspoilt natural surroundings, including scenic treks, waterfalls and natural pools, as well as many excursions to explore the area.
It is a place that combines relaxation, adventure and authentic beauty.
We like it because it includes in the fees: - electricity, water and gas consumption - air conditioning - first supply of bed linen and towels (change every 7 days for minimum stays of 14 nights) - parking space - final cleaning excluding kitchenette and waste disposal (kitchenette cleaning to be carried out by the customer or penalty of € 50) - use of swimming pool (5x3) Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax: payable in cash, mandatory according to municipal regulations; the amount may vary depending on the period - deposit: €500, payable in cash; refundable at the end of your stay after the condition of the accommodation has been checked - please note that this complex has a recycling programme and waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers: any waste that has not been disposed of correctly will result in half of the deposit being deducted Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site: - cot (0-2.99 years) €5 per day - extra bed linen and towels: €25 per person per change - pets allowed: €50 per stay for additional cleaning costs - night arrivals (LATE CHECK-IN): arrivals after 9 p.m. must be notified in advance and requested in writing well in advance, a €50 surcharge
