Villa San Vito is a true gem of the Iblean countryside. The property in origin was a large and lively farmhouse, it was fully renovated in 2021 after four years of work. Located in the countryside near the city of Modica, in a peaceful location; the villa features a large garden of 3500 square meters with century olive trees and palms, there is a private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. with a Jacuzzi and offers stunning views of the magnificent garden, the pool is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for shade; there is also a covered patio with large table and chairs, Barbecue where guests can organize al fresco meals.
The property is divided into two buildings which together covers 900 square meters, and can accommodate up to 24 people in 8 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The incredible interior design is worth mentioning: luxurious, elegant, and glamorous, yet with the charm of Sicilian style.
In the main building, you'll find a beautiful living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a splendid dining room with a large wooden table. Two staircases lead to the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of these rooms also has a comfortable double sofa bed. Another staircase leads from the kitchen to the ground floor, where an additional living area leads to 2 more bedrooms and a charming wine cellar for tasting the finest local wines.
In the adjacent building, there are 3 spacious annexes, each with a comfortable mezzanine, private bathroom, and double bed. Two of these annexes are particularly large and also include 2 additional single beds.
Outside, near the garden, a fully renovated ancient stable houses a second kitchen with a large table suitable for large groups. The wide door leads to the veranda and the barbecue area, making the space particularly bright and lively.
The style blends tradition and modernity, creating a glamorous atmosphere, perfect for stepping back in time, enjoying a relaxing holiday, and experiencing a true slow-life pace.
Note: The villa consists of a main building and 3 annexes, which will be opened according to the number of guests. No annexes are open for up to 10 people. One annex is available for up to 12 people. Two annexes for up to 14 people. All 3 annexes are available for 15 people or more.
