The NewTown apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of a modern building in Dresden's Neustadt district.
It offers 35 m² of well-designed space and is ideal for up to two people.
The accommodation is completely non-smoking and offers numerous amenities for both short and long stays.
The apartment has a covered balcony area, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors at any time of day.
Thanks to privacy screens on all windows, you can enjoy a high level of privacy here.
The combined living and sleeping area features laminate flooring and a cosy sofa corner.
A dining table completes the living area and creates a pleasant atmosphere for shared meals or working from home.
For comfortable self-catering, there is an open-plan kitchen directly adjacent to the living area.
Here you will find modern appliances such as a 4-ring hob (electric), oven, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, coffee machine, espresso machine, egg boiler, kettle and toaster.
All kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and even spices are provided.
The open-plan design of the kitchen allows for pleasant communication with other guests and enables flexible cooking in a relaxed atmosphere.
The bathroom has an open shower with hot water, a washbasin and a toilet.
For your comfort, a hairdryer, bathroom textiles (bath towels, hand towels), a full-length mirror and cleaning products are provided.
The accommodation also offers practical amenities such as a washing machine, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and a chest of drawers for additional storage space.
You will be well catered for in terms of multimedia: a large 55-inch cable TV with digital connection provides entertainment, while internet access with WiFi and a speed of 50 Mbit/s is also suitable for video streaming and productive work.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegende Wohnung. Der Lebensmittel-Discounter ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Auch dier ÖPNV sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Parksituation ist eine Herausvorderung. Aber wir hatten immer Glück. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank dafür.

Es ist eine nette, saubere ein Zimmerwohnung in guter Lage in Dresden-Neustadt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut, ein Netto ist um die Ecke und ein Bäcker und nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!
