A detached spacious villa for 8 with wellness facilities, including a Finnish sauna and a hot tub in the garden.
The villa is located on a vacation park near the cozy fishing village of Colijnsplaat where you will find several restaurants and stores. Colijnsplaat is located on the northern side of North Beveland close to the Zeelandbrug and the Oosterschelde National Park where you can, among other things, take walking or cycling tours through the beautiful landscape or a nature cruise on the water.
Furthermore, there are all kinds of water sports facilities such as surfing, sailing, diving and kite surfing, but on the beach you can also fly kites or ride horses and, of course, sunbathe when the weather is nice.
Come quickly and have a fantastic vacation in Zeeland and enjoy all the luxury of this beautiful vacation home for up to eight people for rent in Colijnsplaat. The detached, luxurious, unique eight-person villa, in typical Zeeland architectural style, has a spacious, cozy, especially comfortably furnished living room with gas heater, underfloor heating, HD flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. The spacious open kitchen is complete with, among other things, microwave, Nespresso apparaat, oven and dishwasher.
In the laundry room there is also a toilet and a washer/dryer.
On the ground level is the Master Bedroom with box spring mattresses, a bathroom with walk-in shower, luxurious composite sink, Finnish sauna and toilet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, all with two single box spring beds (90cm x 210 cm).
All beds have comforters and have been made upon arrival.
The second floor also has underfloor heating. In all bedrooms there is an HD television.
On the second floor is the second, spacious bathroom, with spacious walk-in shower, bathtub/whirlpool, luxurious composite sink and toilet.
Outside there is a deep (25 meters) garden with terrace including hard stone garden table and eight relaxing chairs.
Next to it there is a spacious lockable storage room.
The villa offers child-friendly sockets and stair gates.
At the villa there is space for two cars Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ. • The houses are suitable for disabled people.

Mooi huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Sauna en bubbelbad zijn fijne extra’s. De omgeving is prima maar in de winter is er weinig te doen. Wel mooi wandelen langs de dijk.
De thermostaat is in de woonkamer en de slaap/badkamers worden niet warm als de kachel aan is. Ook was het even puzzelen met tv en thermostaten.
Maar verder alles prima.

We hebben een fantastisch lang weekend gehad op Colijnsplaat. Het is een geweldig huis, alles was top geregeld. We gaan zeker een keer terugkomen.
