Shared laundry is available on-site for your convenience. Important: The TV is currently unavailable, and there is a basement suite below.
Please be mindful of noise during your stay. • Spacious living room with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light • Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher • Dining area that comfortably seats six • Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds, ample storage, and air conditioning • Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and essential toiletries • Access to the shared backyard for outdoor relaxation • Shared laundry facilities on-site for added convenience • Street parking is available in front of the house Guest Access: Guests have private access to the main floor with their own entrance.

Other Things to Note: • There is a short flight of stairs to the main entrance. • Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each. • Please note that there is a separate basement suite below the main home.
