Casa Giotto – One-Bedroom Apartment for 3/4 Guests
(Maximum occupancy: 3 adults plus 1 child aged 12 or under)
Apartment of approximately 40 sqm, located on the ground floor, consisting of a living area with a French sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower box, and a private courtyard equipped with table, chairs, and armchairs.
The oven shown in the photo is not usable; instead, there is a BBQ belonging to the apartment. Location Information: - Ground floor; quiet area Apartment Amenities: - Gas burners, fridge with freezer; LCD smart TV; Wi-Fi Outdoor Apartment Amenities: - Garden furniture; 1 uncovered parking space for exclusive use; outdoor area for exclusive use Important Notes: - Rental for a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child - Small/medium-sized pets allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30 - Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM) - Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available for on-site booking) - Check-in at our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A late check-in after 8:00 PM requires an additional fee of €50 Key Collection Information: Check-in details are sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival.
