A spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment on one of the most beautiful canals in the heart of Amsterdam’s ‘Negen Straatjes’. The Anne Frank House, famous museums, Vondelpark and countless cafes are all within walking distance.
Enjoy the peace of the inner gardens from your private terrace, while the lively city awaits right outside your door. The apartment is located on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00. Pets: Not allowed.

Events: Not allowed.

Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and in any shared areas. Smoking indoors triggers smoke detectors and causes lasting odor damage. A €150 fine will be charged if smoking inside the property is detected. Pets Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly confirmed by the host prior to arrival. If pets are found on the property without permission, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will apply. Number of Guests Only the number of guests stated in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. For safety and insurance reasons, no unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a fine of €150 per additional person and may lead to termination of your stay. Prohibited Activities Any form of prostitution, escort services, or related activities is strictly forbidden. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction and a fine of up to €500, and the incident will be reported to local authorities. Illegal substances or activities are also strictly prohibited. Noise & Respect for Neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not allowed. Complaints from neighbors or police intervention may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Cleanliness & Damage Please treat the property with care. Any significant damage, missing items, or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Check-out Please check out by the agreed time unless otherwise discussed.
If the check out time is exceeded we must charge a fee up to €50 Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €50. Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything. Host was quick and responsive if we had any questions. There are a lot of steep stairs which would make this unit difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but it worked great for us.
