Welcome to Ferienhaus Seehaus Maria, your exquisite holiday home directly on the Geiseltalsee. This sophisticated holiday home offers a luxurious family home ambience for a maximum of 5 people on its private waterfront property with sun terrace and jetty. Be inspired by the unique location directly on the water and the high-quality furnishings and spend unforgettable moments in the Mücheln marina.
Inside, the Seehaus Maria has a modern fitted kitchen equipped with every conceivable comfort such as an oven, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. It also has a hallway with a cloakroom, a utility room, a guest WC, a cosy living room with a fantastic lake view, sliding windows and comfortable seating, a dining room, a living room with a lake view, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a children's room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
Outside, the house invites you to relax on a spacious lakeside terrace on two levels, partly covered by an electric awning. The jetty with bathing ladder provides direct access to the water, where you can swim or simply enjoy the sun. On the land side, there is an open space for barbecues, accompanied by two private parking spaces and a boat garage to round off the comfort.
