This exclusive holiday home for four is located near the famous 'city of artists' Pietrasanta, the historic capital of Versilia.
Situated 400 metres above sea level, the house offers unparalleled panoramic views of the entire coastline of this exclusive area, known for its elegant beach resorts and lively nightlife.
The elevated location also ensures cooler temperatures and offers a refreshing refuge from the coastal heat.
The house is an 80 m² semi-detached house on two floors with a separate entrance and parking space.
You enter through the covered terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the coast.
