Holidays on a beautiful property: the 3,000 m² estate with a villa with over 200 m² of living space and its own 15 x 4 m heated pool.
The villa is located 4 km above Garda on a plot of land with large olive trees.
Inside the property there is space for 4 vehicles behind the electric gate.
Following extensive renovation, this holiday home has been equipped with a great deal of comfort: Air conditioning for the summer, underfloor heating in the bathrooms for the transitional period.
The living room has an open fireplace and upholstered furniture.
The large eat-in kitchen is very well equipped: cooking island, 2 fridges with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and much more.
There are 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have their own enclosed outdoor area for open-air showers.
There is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and its own balcony.
In front of the living/dining area there is a 60 m² terrace with views of the countryside with a pool and numerous places to sunbathe.
Another highlight is the large 3.2 x 3.2 metre chessboard set into the floor.
The pool can be heated on request, the costs for this can be requested from the landlord.
This service is booked separately and must be notified to the landlord at least 10 days before arrival. at least 10 days before arrival. !! PLEASE NOTE !!! The pool is permanently covered in the winter months from November to April (and depending on the weather) and cannot be used !!! !!! PLEASE NOTE.
Waste disposal is the responsibility of the tenant !!! For this purpose there is a calendar from the regional municipality, which is available in the house.
