In Enneille is this beautiful child-friendly holiday home with wellness, located on a quiet through street, safe for playing children.
Enjoy the mix of tranquillity and proximity to towns such as Durbuy and Barvaux.
The Durby watchtower is highly recommended and offers great views! And what could be more fun than exploring the most beautiful routes around Durbuy on a Vespa.
A visit to the Labyrinth of Durbuy is a real family outing, worthwhile! The surrounding area is also great for motorcycling and good for kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
It is also a perfect base from which to discover the beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the Ardennes.The cosy living room with television and dining area, which also has a pellet stove, is the place to relax together.
The kitchen has an oven, two fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a double hob so that delicious group meals can be prepared.
There are five bedrooms.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds that can be used as a nursery.
On the first floor are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, and two separate toilets.
For younger guests, there is a separate play area on the top floor with a pool table and a dartboard.
The large garden offers all the space you need to enjoy the healthy outdoors.
There is a spacious terrace, a barbecue, a petangue court and a playhouse for the children.
You can relax in the wellness area, which includes a sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. At the fire pit, you can roast delicious marshmellows and tell stories in the evening.
There is space to park three cars near the house.
Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • Energy costs will be calculated after departure on the basis of actual consumption. • Wood for the hot tub costs € 8.50 per bag. Bags are available at reception. • This property is not rented to groups or parties of persons under 30 years of age. The installation of loudspeakers and playing amplified music is not allowed in this property as well as organising student parties/bachelor parties. • Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.

Fijne locatie voor een groep van 10 volwassenen. Hottub was heerlijk. Ruimte fijn. Douches prima alleen kon het water in de badkamer nergens naar toe. Jammer dat je zelf je plastic en de was moet wegbrengen.
