Nestled in the picturesque hills overlooking Forte dei Marmi and Querceta, this modern holiday home offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tuscan coastline. Part of an intimate complex of only four residences, the property is surrounded by serene olive groves, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty. The Outdoor Space & Garden The property features a beautifully designed terraced garden. Surrounding the house, a spacious paved patio serves as an outdoor lounge—perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a sunset cocktail overlooking the sea. A side path leads to the lower garden level, which features a lush lawn and Mediterranean trees. Parking Note: The property includes a secure, gated double parking space. Please note the entrance gate has a height limit of approx. 180 cm. Taller vehicles (such as large SUVs or vans) can be conveniently parked along the access road, just 50 meters from the entrance. Modern Living & Interior Design This home is defined by its contemporary architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interiors with natural light. On the Upper Level, the main entrance leads into an expansive living space masterfully divided by a central fireplace. To one side, a large panoramic window frames the sea, while the other side hosts an elegant dining room. This level also includes a guest bathroom with a shower and a small open-plan office with a desk and a desktop computer and a pull-out sofa chair. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen opens directly onto the rear garden, where you will find a dedicated laundry and storage room. On the Lower Level, a staircase leads to the quiet sleeping quarters, featuring three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a French bed, and one with bunk beds. A second bathroom with a bathtub is located here. This level also provides direct access to the lower garden.
