We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest LUAS station, Beechwood, is just a 1-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Enjoy your stay! Please Note: There is 1 free parking spot in front of the house for a private vehicle only.
You must park diagonally across the front door.
If there is more than 1 car parked in front of the house, it will be towed.
No commercial vehicles are allowed.

The house was nice and spacious and is in a beautiful area with easy access to city center. The kitchen was well equipped but there is some upkeep needed to be suited for a longer stay. One of the cabinets came off of the hinge and there was an issue with a loose pipe in that caused a leak. Communication was clear and friendly throughout.
