A charming flat in a magnificent property dating back over 200 years.
The house is surrounded by extensive wooded grounds.
It is situated in the countryside, in Aire-sur-la-Lys, near the Monts de Flandres, Saint-Omer and Béthune, in the Hauts-de-France region. The flat, on the second floor, is accessed via a fairly steep spiral staircase. -Three bedrooms, three double beds, sleeps 6. -A living space, -A fully equipped kitchen-diner -A comfortable bathroom with a toilet -Ultra-fast Wi-Fi: ultra-high-speed fiber-optic internet (Freebox Pop) suitable for remote work, video conferencing, gaming, and 4K streaming. -An additional toilet on the ground floor of the tower block -On-site parking -Bike storage room. -Self-check-in -Linen provided -Pets welcome The garden, with space for games, relaxing and barbecuing, is open for you to enjoy. An atmosphere that blends historic charm with modern comfort, 20 minutes from Saint-Omer, 1 hour from Lille, from Arras and from the Opal Coast. You will also have access to the park and outdoor facilities : childrens playground, hammock, dining table, barbecue, etc. The apartment has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room: 85 m². The staircase leading to the apartment is quite steep.
Travel light! Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed.

A 3.5-hectare park, crossed by theriver, offers beautiful walks. A new cycle path has been recently created, making it much easier to get around by bike.
To explore the area, you can borrow bikes from the Town Hall free of charge during the week. This neighbourhood is therefore an ideal setting for a family stay or a tourist trip. The staircase of the renovated old tower leads to the accommodation. A cozy 85 m² cocoon : -A living room with HD TV with Canal+ subscription -A spacious bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer -A fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen -A welcoming and modern dining area with its dining table -Three spacious bedrooms each with a very comfortable double bed. Youâll have the whole floor to yourselves (2nd floor). We will provide the bed linen (mattress protector, fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover) and the bathroom linen (towels, hand towels,...) as well as hygiene products and basic necessities. Baby equipment available (high chair, nappy-changing unit and travel cot on request)
