We'll take care of everything; you just need to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs! We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it. Car rentals are also available starting in 2025. Our one-bedroom apartment enjoys an exceptional location, just a few hundred meters from the seafront, the historic center, and the tourist port. Two-bedroom apartment for 2 adults + child This 23 square meter one-bedroom apartment, spread across one floor, features a double bedroom with a large window that lets in natural light and offers views of the delicate shades of the garden.
The warm and welcoming living room includes a kitchenette with an induction stovetop and a single sofa bed, ideal for a child up to 10 years old. Outside, a private courtyard surrounded by hedges and bordered by a wooden gate creates a small, shaded refuge, perfect for reading a book, enjoying a morning coffee, or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature. Location information: - Close to the center, in a cool and quiet area Apartment amenities: - Gas stove; refrigerator with freezer; electric oven; TV; hairdryer; Wi-Fi; crib available in the apartment; air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room; mosquito nets; furnished and fenced courtyard for exclusive use. Private parking Important Notes: - Groups of children under 21 are not permitted. - Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Pets of any size are welcome with a €30 surcharge. - Deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM). - Bed linen and towels are not included: a double bed set (also for single use) can be added for €40 and a sofa bed kit for €20 (request at time of booking), or you can bring your own.
