Tucked away in the charming Cornwall village of Marhamchurch, The Old Post Cottage is a beautifully presented countryside retreat offering space, comfort and character for families or small groups looking to enjoy the Devon and North Cornwall coast.
The property provides the perfect base to relax and unwind after days spent exploring nearby beaches, coastal paths and picturesque villages. On the ground floor, the cottage offers comfortable and sociable living spaces designed for relaxing together.
The living room is the ideal place to unwind after a day out, while the kitchen and dining area provides a welcoming space for preparing and sharing meals.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave, ensuring everything you need for a convenient stay.
Also on this level is a handy shower room with WC. Outside, guests can enjoy the garden, a lovely spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh Devon air. Set slightly apart from the main house is a separate annexe, offering an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. We arrived in the heatwave delighted that the cottage was cool due to the thick stone walls. Pretty, private garden, comfortable beds, village shop, easy drive to Bude. Modern kitchen.
