Just a few minutes’ walk from the charming medieval village of Fayence, this atmospheric Provençal stone house offers a private pool, beautiful views, and a large plot with old olive trees.
Here, authentic South of France charm is combined with comfortable surroundings and an attractive location close to restaurants, cafés, and local markets. The house is set on a plot that was once an old olive grove with 32 olive trees, lavender, fig trees, and grapevines, creating a truly special atmosphere around the property.
Both the house and garden enjoy beautiful views over the green countryside surrounding Fayence. The property offers approximately 200 m² of living space with high ceilings and a bright, welcoming interior.
The living room, hallway, and all bedrooms have recently been repainted and renovated, and the house features charming traditional details and beautiful windows throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a new fridge/freezer with ice maker. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for relaxing holiday days under the Provençal sun.
