The apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 60 square meters.
Its sophisticated style, featuring contemporary materials, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful details that evoke the history and identity of the village, immediately captivates. The main floor features a spacious and bright living area, modern and functional, designed for relaxing in total comfort.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed with a lift-up leg, perfect for one person.
The first bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, an elegant concrete sink countertop, and a large storage unit, ideal for comfort and contemporary design.
The second bathroom, with a window and ample natural light, features a practical compact sink and a Japanese-style toilet with integrated bidet, designed for maximum hygiene and functionality.
The charming mezzanine hosts a delightful sleeping area: an intimate and welcoming space without safety barriers, enhanced by exposed white beams that provide harmony, light, and continuity with the space below, creating a relaxing and charming atmosphere.
