A spacious 153 sqm villa located in Palmintiello of Marina di Lizzano, ideal for accommodating eight guests, featuring four double bedrooms (one in a separate annex) and three bathrooms.
The villa boasts a garden with a barbecue and showers, private parking, and an unfurnished rooftop terrace offering breathtaking sea views.
For those who enjoy rocky shores (water shoes recommended), the coast is just across the road, while the nearest sandy beach is a 2-minute drive or an 8-minute walk away. The villa is on one level (there is a step to access it) and is divided into two parts, as follows: Main Villa - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C, TV, and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, oven, and microwave; - Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, TV, and en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, and sink; - Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, TV - Bedroom 3 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, TV - Bathroom 2 with toilet with hand shower, sink, and shower. Annex - Small kitchenette with two induction hobs, refrigerator, and freezer - Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, TV, and desk - Bathroom 3 with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower; Outdoors - Roof terrace with panoramic views, unfurnished (please note a staircase to access it) - Garden equipped with a barbecue, two outdoor showers, a covered patio, and a fourth service bathroom featuring a small sink and a toilet with a handheld bidet sprayer. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: two uncovered parking spaces inside the gate with electric car charging (paid locally), unlimited Wi-Fi with Starlink, ideal for remote working, mosquito nets, washing machine (in the garden), clothesline, iron, and ironing board. OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - PLEASE NOTE: The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons. - The external gate and entrance door are opened via a smart lock system with a code, which will be provided upon check-in. - The barbecue in the garden is functional, however, there is NO wood or charcoal provided; if you wish to use it, you will need to purchase the necessary materials. - The fireplace in the kitchen is NOT usable. 7 days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents through our Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Lizzano. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Lizzano Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March. The external gate and entrance door are opened via a smart lock system with a code, which will be provided upon check-in. Marina di Lizzano, located on the Ionian coast of Puglia, is a renowned seaside resort featuring golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
Among the most popular beaches are Lido Uliveto and Spiaggia di Torre Colimena, both just a few minutes' drive from the villa.
The area is also perfect as a base for exploring the nearby towns of Salento: Taranto is approximately 40 km away, Porto Cesareo approximately 60 km, and Gallipoli approximately 85 km. The historic center of Lizzano, a 10-minute drive away, offers picturesque views and traditional trattorias where you can savor local cuisine, while the surrounding hills are ideal for nature walks and visits to traditional farmhouses. We recommend wearing suitable footwear and being comfortable navigating rocky terrain, as the rocks are not entirely flat. If you prefer sand, Palmintiello Beach is just a 2-minute drive or an 8-minute walk away.
This free, unequipped beach is ideal for families with children, thanks to its spaciousness and peaceful atmosphere.
