A cozy apartment with a balcony that sleeps up to four people, located within the Campoverde Residence in Vernole—set in a Mediterranean pine forest between San Cataldo and the Le Cesine State Nature Reserve.
The property is just a short distance from the sea, with the beach reachable on foot in a few minutes via a shaded path.
Campoverde is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Salento coast: Lecce is 12 km away, Torre dell’Orso 15 km, and Otranto 30 km. This 40 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot and traditional oven - LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, split A/C and dining table - BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet and shower enclosure - BALCONY furnished with a table and two chairs. An uncovered parking space within the residential complex is available. Additional amenities for guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, drying rack, and iron with ironing board. Towels and bed linen are included (optional changes available for an extra fee). Please note: - Air conditioning is available ONLY in the living room - NO heating. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
