Apartment No.3, a ground-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space with dining seating, an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms include two doubles and a children's Super Mario themed bunk room, all with TVs. There is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared garden with furniture and designated off-road parking for one car with additional nearby car parks and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, and the beach are all within walking distance. Apartment No.3 provides a bright and elevated base for exploring Newquay and the Cornish coastline. Note: This property has a 100 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond.
