Located just a short drive from the historic center, it is about 30 minutes by car from seaside spots like Leporano and Marina di Pulsano—perfect for sunny, relaxing days.
Nearby, the beauty of the Salento region and the Itria Valley allows for the exploration of picturesque towns such as Ostuni, Cisternino, and Ceglie Messapica. The 160 sqm villa is laid out on a single level (please note there is a step at the entrance) and comprises the following: - Eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar (with stools) and a cooking area equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and conventional oven; - Living room with a dining table, double sofa bed, Smart TV, and split-system A/C; - Bedroom 1 with a double bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, and split-system A/C; - Bedroom 2 with a double bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, and split-system A/C; - Bathroom 1 equipped with a toilet, double sink, bidet, and shower enclosure with a hydromassage column; - Bathroom 2 equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower enclosure. Garden amenities available to guests include: - Three uncovered parking spaces inside the gate; - Outdoor saltwater swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th), equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower; - Patio 1 equipped with a pizza oven, table with chairs, and small sofas; - Patio 2 (unfurnished). ADDITIONAL GUEST AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat-pump heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, the garden is monitored by a video surveillance and alarm system. - The front door keys are located in a lockbox that opens with a code; this code will be provided at check-in. - The garden pizza oven is functional; however, firewood and charcoal are NOT provided.
Guests wishing to use it must purchase these materials themselves. - The fireplace in the living room CANNOT be used.
