The two-room apartment Tra Pini e Onde is an ideal solution for families and small groups of up to 5 people.
It`s located inside the residence Campoverde, in San Cataldo, marina of Lecce.
The apartment is on the third floor and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, electric oven etc. The residence is nestled in a lush pine forest that stretches along the seafront, right in front of the most beautiful beaches of Lecce`s marina: there is a daytime janitor.

Simple and complete with everything you need for a beach vacation, the house consists of cozy and cozy rooms.
The living room is furnished with an open kitchen, dining room and 1 single sofa bed. From here you exit to the beautiful terrace overlooking the pine forest, furnished with outdoor armchairs.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 passage room with a bunk bed and 1 full shower room.
The Campoverde residence is set amidst the essences of a cool pine forest and Mediterranean scrubland that characterizes the Lecce coastline.
It has direct access to the beach.

The beach is right in front of the residence`s entrance, while all the main services can be easily reached on foot with a short walk.
San Cataldo is served by regular buses to the beautiful city of Lecce, with its marvelous baroque historic center, churches, squares, museums, and artisan workshops, shopping streets, and small restaurants: an experience not to be missed. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - It is located inside the Campoverde residence. - Air conditioning in the living room.
