Located in the hearth of the Tallagard forest and at only 2,5 km (3 min by car) of the Salon downtown, this 140m2 house equipped with a securized pool and a large terrace will bring you calm thanks to its beautiful sight on the « Val de Cuech ».
In the ground floor, you will find a big living room with a chimney, a dining room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and toilets.
In the first floor, there are 3 sleeping rooms, one for parents and the two others for the children. There is also a bathroom and toilets.
A long balcony is also present at this stair which could allow you to take your breakfast at the shadow of the mediterranean pines and with the birds songs.
On the 120m2 terrace, you will dispose of the pool securized with safety barriers. Thus, the children and the parents are quiet.
You can park your car at the shadow along the house.
We are located in the middle of Provence beetwen the « Alpilles » (Les Baux de Provence, Saint Rémy), the « Lubéron » (Lourmarin, Cucuron) and the Aix region. Marseille is not so far and Avignon also.

J'ai séjourné durant 15 jours avec mes deux enfants (13 et 7 ans) dans cette charmante maison un peu à l'écart de la ville qui offre de belles proportions tout en restant fonctionnelle. Vous apprécierez certainement d'aller vous baigner dans la piscine à l'ombre des pins ainsi que de profiter le soi...
